Ticketing Fee

There are two kinds of fees,

i. Service fee - Flat fee per ticket, you pay this fee to Eventbee

ii. Credit card processing fee - Percentage fee per transaction, you pay this fee to credit card processing company

Our service fee is based on the feature set you use, Ticketing: Basic - $1, Pro - $1.50, Venue - $2, RSVP: Basic - FREE, Pro - $1. For complete details on pricing, please click here. Flat service fee applies to all ticket types in a paid event. If you are hosting a free event, we recommend you to use our RSVP Basic, which is offered free of cost!

For credit card processing we have a variety of options. You can use PayPal/Google, they charge around 2.9% + 30c per transaction. We also support Eventbee credit card processing through third party processing company, the fee is 4.95% + 50c. We recommend that you take advantage of using Paypal/Google payment processing. The ticket sales are instantly deposited into your account. Also, you pay low credit card processing fees to PayPal/Google.

TIP: Collect service fee, and credit card processing fee from attendee. Use most innovative ticketing solution with no extra costs for you.

Membership Management Fee (applicable only if you are using our paid memberships service)

$5 FLAT fee per membership signup/renewal regardless of membership price and currency
