There are two kinds of fees,

i. Service fee - Flat fee per ticket, you pay this fee to Eventbee

ii. Credit card processing fee - Percentage fee per transaction, you pay this fee to credit card processing company

Our service fee is based on the feature set you use, Ticketing: Basic - $1, Pro - $1.50, Venue - $2, RSVP: Basic - FREE, Pro - $1. If you are hosting a free event, we recommend you to use our RSVP Basic, which is offered free of cost!

For credit card processing we have a variety of options. You can use PayPal/Google, they charge around 2.9% + 30c per transaction. We also support Eventbee credit card processing through third party processing company, the fee is 4.95% + 50c. We recommend that you take advantage of using Paypal/Google payment processing. The ticket sales are instantly deposited into your account. Also, you pay low credit card processing fees to PayPal/Google.
