Network Ticket Selling

This revolutionary feature allows you to sell tickets from Eventbee partner websites, blogs and communities by offering them commission for each ticket sale.


Enabling Network Ticket Selling

You can enable this feature while listing event or from event manage page.

During Event Listing:

  • Select Enable option under Network Ticket Selling section
  • Update Give Out commission for each ticket

From Event Manage:

  • Go to Event Manage Network Ticket Selling Enable (button)
  • Enter Give Out commission, set sales limit and submit

Disabling Network Ticket Selling

Go to Event Manage Network Ticket Selling Disable (button)

NOTE: Disabling Eventbee Network Ticket Selling feature doesn't void all the sales happened prior to the Disable


Team Selling

You can use Network Ticket Selling feature to sell tickets through volunteers and friends without paying any commission . You can also motivate them to create custom event page that shows individual sales goals etc. by enabling create custom event page.

Setting commission to 0:

  • Go to Event Manage Network Ticket Selling Settings (button)
  • Edit Give Out commission to $0

Enabling custom event page creation:

  • Set Yes to Enable Participant Event Page Creation

How can I participate in Network Ticket Selling

There are three ways one can participate in Network Ticket Selling

  • Display Events Streamer:
If you have a website/blog, go to Partner Network Eventbee Partner Network Copy and paste streamer code to your website/blog.
You can also customize your streamer look and feel, and type of events to display by visiting Partner Network Eventbee Partner Network <Click here to customize your Streamer link>
  • Share Event Link:

If you are an individual, go to Partner Network My Network Ticket Selling Participation Events Without (With) Participation Page Show <find the event you would like to sell tickets, and share that event's URL with potential friends and attendees>

  • Create Participant Page:

If you are a volunteer and want to create your own Participation Page that shows your sales goal etc., go to Partner Network My Network Ticket Selling Participation Events With Participation Page Show <find the event you would like to sell tickets, and click on Custom Participation Page: Create link>


NOTE: Eventbee membership is required to participate in Network Ticket Selling or Team Selling, if you are not a member, please Sign Up for free Eventbee membership



 

Network Advertising

Network Advertising allows you to display your event across Eventbee, Eventbee Partner Network and other events focused destination sites (e.g. eventful, facebook etc.). You only pay for impressions and clicks based on your CPC (Cost per click), CPM (Cost per thousand impressions) settings.


Enabling Network Advertising

You can enable this feature while listing event or from event manage page.

Event Listing:

  • Select Enable option under Network Advertising section
  • Update CPC, CPM prices you are willing to pay

Event Manage:

  • Go to Event Manage Network Advertising Enable (button)
  • Update CPC, CPM prices you are willing to pay and click on continue to pay $10 activation fee


Is there a activation fee to use this feature?

Yes, there is a $10 one time activation fee to use this service.


How much money I spent on my event Network Advertising?

Go to Event Manage Network Advertising to view current CPC, CPM counts and money you spent on Network Advertising (this is the money you owe to Eventbee)


When do I pay my Network Advertising costs?

We will send out email after your event close date, you can pay within 5 business days of your event close date.


Can I get refunds on Network Advertising?

Unfortunately NO, we use third party services to push your event across the web, you will not get any refunds of the money you spent. However, you can disable Network Advertising on your event any time you want by disabling it.


Paid Listings

Eventbee offers Premium Listing, and Featured Listing options to promote your event across Eventbee

Premium Listing:

Display your event on the Events, Classes tab under Premium Events section

Your listing will be in bold, making it stand out from the others.


Featured Listing:

Get your event displayed on the Eventbee home page under Featured Events section

Display your event on the Events, Classes tab under Premium Events section

Your listing will be in bold, making it stand out from the others.

Include your event in Daily Event Listings alert email sent out to Eventbee community. Your event will appear everyday under Featured Events section of the alert email.

Premium Listing - $9.95

Featured Listing - $29.95


How do I avail paid listings?

You can choose these paid listing while listing event or from Event Manage Event Marketing Tools Upgrade Event Listing
